The Strapless Outdoor Sheet was invented by Michel Manhès to provide a range of benefits for the horse over existing sheets. Unlike buckles, Velcro elastics are quick and easy to do up, are safe in a fall because they give, and won’t damage your washing machine or drier.
The Benefits
- The elastic chest band prevents the sheet from sliding down the horse’s back while keeping the shoulders and forearms free and at the same time obviating any need for gussets.
- The wide elastic band keeps the rib cage warm and holds the sheet in place.
- The sheet hangs down straight thanks to the new, patented tail attachment which also ensures the sheet remains clean when the horse or pony defecates.
- Because the outdoor sheet has no straps, there is no likelihood of the horse or anything else becoming entangled in it.
- Rain water is directed to run down the outsides of the horse’s legs.
